Computer Controls

Our coating process relies heavily on state-of-the-art computer controls for accurate, precise coatings that are repeatable.

Cleaning

We use the latest equipment and environmentally controlled conditions to assure every substrate is free of any contaminants prior to coating.

Testing

We use a Perkin Elmer Lambda 950 Spectrophotometer with URA (Universal Reflection Accessory) to assure coatings meet customer specification.
